Japan's Nikon Corp. said recently its quarterly operating profit more than quadrupled, helped by strong sales of its high end digital cameras, like the D70s and new D50. Operating profit raised from 3.13 billion yen a year ago, up to 13.94 billion yen ($124 million) this year. Wow. Great job Nikon!
