Sponsored by pictureline and Nikon, the Utah State Fair photography competition over this last weekend (Sep. 8-10) was a huge success.
Displayed beautifully on the second floor of the Grand building at the Utah State Fairpark, viewers were treated to the main event, which saw over a thousand entries throughout 24 photographic categories.
In addition to the main event, pictureline and Nikon also sponsored another photography competition that took place at the fair. Thanks to Nikon, attendees were able to take out a wide variety of Nikon cameras, free of charge, to photograph the wide variety of people and events taking place during the fair. Participants then displayed up their best photos, and each day a photo from that day was selected to win the "Photo of the Day" prize of a Nikon Coolpix S3100 camera
