Big Mountain Summit

It’s that time of year again: Fall is right around the corner and the peaks and valleys of Utah are about to present their very best color. For anyone who enjoys nature photography, it is the best time of the year to get outside and create images and memories. Join us along the mountains of Utah to capture stunning fall colors!

What to Bring

  • A camera (preferably with a wide-angle lens)
  • Memory card
  • A Tripod
  • Warm clothes to stay comfortable
  • A passion for photography and a good attitude!

Parking will be available along the roadside next to Big Mountain Summit up Immigration Canyon. Check-in will be at the start of the Mormon Pioneer Trailhead where you will have the opportunity to check out a Tamron lens. We will then hike to capture the fall leaves and aspens trees just in time for the sunset at 7 pm.
