Included with the Nikon Z50 camera body, the NIKKOR Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR lens is a compact yet versatile lens. A 24-75mm equivalent zoom, this lens captures both wide-angle and portrait-length perspectives with stunning clarity. Aspherical and extra-low dispersion elements as well as image stabilization work together to keep your shots sharp, and a quiet stepping motor and full-time manual focus override generate superior autofocus performance.

The powerful 20.9 DX CMOS sensor and EXPEED 6 image-processing engine in the Nikon Z50 will definitely keep you up to speed, especially with a top continuous shooting rate of 11 FPS. An ISO sensitivity range of 100–51200 means you can shoot in very low light, and paired with the wider Z mount, your images will remain clean and smooth.

The Nikon Z50 is designed around the Z mount, which was engineered to be the widest lens mount of any comparable camera system. A wider mount means more light, which means increased image clarity, focusing speed, and low-light performance. The Nikon Z50 can be paired with all of the NIKKOR Z lenses, as well as over 300 compatible DSLR lenses when used with the optional Mount Adapter FTZ.

Capture every moment

Record Ultra HD 4k video at up to 30 FPS with the Nikon Z50, and seamlessly save video files to in-camera memory cards or to an optional external recorder via HDMI output. Achieve HD recording at up to 120 FPS for slow-motion effects, or shoot in-camera time-lapse for additional special effects.
