This morning, Canon announced one of the most exciting line-ups yet with six new products that are sure to have you looking to upgrade! The announcement includes the exciting 50.6 full-frame CMOS sensors in additional with two crop-sensor Rebel DSLR's, a Powershot and a beautiful EF L-Series lens. 
EOS 5Ds R
The 5Ds R marks a new standard in high-resolution digital SLR photography, with it's incredible 50.6 megapixel, full-frame CMOS sensor; the largest megapixel size in any EOS DSLR camera. By eliminating the LPF (Low-Pass Filter), the 5Ds R delivers even higher resolution files, perfect for large-scale printing and creative cropping. This fine edge sharpness and detail is critical for detailed landscapes, architecture and studio archival.
The Dual DIGIC 5 Image processor enables spectacular quality and processing speed, offering the potential for even greater sharpness, fine detail and size for any specialized situation. The new full-frame also features an advanced 61-point High Density Reticular AF system that includes 41 cross-type AF points, an anti-flicker function to provide consistent exposure and color during continuous shooting, and a built-in bulb and intervalometer expands creativity without the use of a remote control. A refined mirror control mechanism reduces vibration and the Time Release Lag minimizes camera shake for sharp image capture during mirror lock-up.
Additionally, the 5Ds R is designed with countless features that are sure to allow you to create the highest-quality images possible. The Intelligent Viewfinder II allows for 100% viewfinder coverage and the 3.2-inch ClearView II LCD monitor, with 170° viewing angle, multi-coating and high-transparency material provides the clearest images even on the brightest days. An EOS first, the 5Ds R has a time-lapse movie feature that takes still photos at set intervals and joins them to create a silent movie. This feature eliminates the use of a computer to stitch the shots together, saving precious time when out in the field.
EOS 5Ds
Similar to it's sister camera, the 5Ds is equipped with the same 50.6 megapixel, full-frame CMOS sensor. Perfect for commercial and fine-art photography, which requires extremely high-resolution digital images and prints, the 5Ds is the ultimate combination of EOS performance and ultra-high megapixel capture.
Additional features include those specified as above with the 5Ds R, yet the only difference between the two is the 5Ds does not feature the elimination of the LPF (Low-Pass Filter), saving you an extra $200.00 if the lack of filter isn't absolutely necessary for your specific line of work.
EOS Rebel T6i
The brand-new addition to the beloved Rebel line allows for gorgeous, high-quality photos and videos that are easier than ever to share. With a 24.2 megapixel CMOS APS-C sensor, DIGIC 6 Processor and Hybrid CMOS AF III, the T6i allows for high levels of speed and accuracy when capturing moving objects during movie shooting or photos in Live View. The 19-point all cross-type AF system additionally allows for superb autofocus and 5 FPS catches everything in-between.
Full HD Movie mode helps capture brilliant results in MP4 format for high-quality shooting and easy movie sharing on social networking services. Upload your videos and photos with the built-in Wi-Fi with the free download of the Camera Connect app, while built-in NPC (Near-Field Communication) allows quick and simple pairing to your Android device or Canon Connect Station CS100.
The 3.0" Vari-angle Touch Screen ClearView monitor provides intuitive touch operation, and resin-coated cover and liquid crystal display that will protect your screen from bright sunlight, smudging and fingerprints. Lastly, use the fun Creative Filters installed on the camera as a finishing touch to express or enhance the mood of a scene and make editing with the camera easy and fun.
EOS Rebel T6s
Almost identical to the T6i and it's incredible features, the T6s packs an even more powerful punch with all its capabilities, making the T6s the highest-quality DSLR yet in the Rebel series.. The same 24.2 megapixel CMOS APS-C sensor and DIGIC 6 Image Processor will allow shooting from bright to dim light, outstanding image quality and speed.
What the T6s features that the T6i doesn't are a number of distinctive upgrades that separates it from the pack. The illuminated top LCD panel enables a quick look at shooting information and settings without needing to look through the viewfinder or at the rear screen. The Quick Control Dial includes a multi-function lock switch, enabling quick changes of settings or images in review, allowing for faster operation and an intuitive button set-up. The T6s camera's electronic level, displayable in both the viewfinder and on the LCD monitor, is immensely useful when composing landscape (or anytime where accurate horizontal orientation is important). When shooting HD movies, the T6s has a new HDR movie mode that minimizes blown-out images in high-contrast scenes.
