Our objective is to make the repair process for your damaged equipment as simple and easy as possible. We will serve as your communication with manufacturer technicians to ensure your equipment is restored to factory specifications.  Please contact our retail store for estimates.

Bring us your broken cameras, lenses and other camera equipment to be sent to the manufacture for repair. We will take care of all the repair hoops for you, making it simple and easy to get your equipment back in working condition.

Camera equipment is a huge investment. When damages occur, the repair process can be stressful and unclear. Our objective is to make it as simple as possible. We will serve as your communication with the manufacturer to ensure your equipment is restored to factory specifications.

Deliver your damaged equipment to our store – in person or by mail; we will carefully wrap and ship it to the manufacturer’s repair center for service. Once your equipment is repaired, it will be sent back to our retail store. Repairs may take 3-6 weeks. You will be notified when the repair is completed so you may retrieve it at your convenience. Please contact our retail store for item-specific cost estimates. Round trip shipping with insurance is $25 for most items, shipping fees are collected before an item is shipped.
